Welcome to Decode City. A city that looks peaceful and friendly...that is, until the sun goes down. That's when all the crime lords and their family decide to come out and have some fun with the poor suckers who decided to stay out.
The four major crime families, The Rossi's, The Haemon's, The Wexler's and The Kahanu's used to somewhat get along. There were fights here and there, but one in particular changed how the families would operate...
One night, Kekoa Kahanu and Jacob Haemon, the eldest sons of the two families, got into a bit of a rut one night after getting a few drinks. One thing led to another and they both ended up dead. The Kahanu's confronted the Haemon's about it and the Haemon's weren't so happy. They blamed the Kahanu's about the whole situation and it led to an all out war between the two. The Rossi's and the Wexler's tried to get in the middle of it to stop it, but sadly, they ended up picking sides. The Rossi's with the Kahanu's and The Wexler's with the Haemon's.
The Rossi's, sick of being told what to do by the Kahanu's, split from their alliance and ended up being a third party. The Wexler's doing the same not so long after wards. The four Crime Families, once sharing territories, now split. The Kahanu's have the North, The Haemon's have the South, Rossi's have West and the Wexlers, East.
Sad thing about this, the people of Decode City can't do a damn thing about it. The Mayor has tried, but sadly, his attempts in doing so have all failed...miserably. They are too afraid. Police officers have either been terribly injured or killed because they have tried to stop the war. Still, people believe they can do something about it...and maybe, they can.
Now the question is, what are YOU doing to do? Are you going to continue living in Decode even though it's a mob central? Maybe you're going to help stop the war and have Decode return back to normal? Or maybe you are apart of the war and is going to help out and continue fighting? Maybe you're apart of the family and don't wanna fight? Hey, it's up to you, but remember one thing...
