THE DECREE
[^^] There is to be NO Power-Playing or Godmoding...any reports of this shall be dealt with harshly!
[^^] You can kill NPC characters only if you get the handler’s permission.
[^^] When you join, register with the first and last name of your character!
[^^] YOU MUST CREATE YOUR CHARACTER WITHIN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF JOINING THE SITE OR YOU WILL BE DELETED! This is to keep up the activity of the site, to make it run smoothly!
[^^] NO HARASSING OTHERS ON THE SITE. Especially not in your PMs and OOC posts. We want everyone to feel welcomed on our site! In Character, if characters hate each other, then it’s fine...
[^^] Signatures cannot be bigger than 200X400 or they’ll be deleted. If they’re any bigger, they mess up the site!
[^^] Do not bump topics! Only staff is allowed to bump topics, if necessary! If you need to bump a topic, please lt one of the staff members know! Thanks!
[^^] YOU MUST POST AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH ON THE SITE (We'd prefer MORE, but this is he minimum!) OR YOU WILL BE BANNED! THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR ABSENCE ON THE AWAY BOARD! Please do not break this rule!
[^^] NO ONE-LINERS. AT ALL. You MUST have a minimum of five sentences, so be sure to get creative and use your heads!
[^^] ABSOLUTELY NO chat speak at all! Chat speak is 'I m vry sry 2 c u 2day’. Please use actual words and real English!
[^^] Always respect other players in and out of character, so if you do anything offensive to anyone unless you are enemies, you could be banned or worse!
[^^] IF YOU HAVE READ THIS, POST THE WORDS “RED ROSE" IN YOUR CHARACTER CREATION!
[^^] If you join this site just to post advertisements for your or other sites and do not make a character to play and post with, you will be banned permanently and your posts will be removed. Plus, please post your advertisements in the ADVERTISING board when you do want to post them!
[^^] Random activity checks will be posted every so often, when I feel them needed, and you have approximately 1 week to respond. If you are going to be gone for any reason whatsoever, post it in the AWAY board, or you’ll take the risk of having your character being put up for adoption! Thanks!

[^^] You can play more than one character, if you can use all of them actively. The only rule is that you can only play 1 character within the first three weeks of being an active player.
