I would have to say...when I first met my best friend Mary. Even though now, she isn't such a good friend and I'm ditching her, it was nice to meet someone like me when I was a kid.

Vatican City. (Which is classified as its own country.) I'd have access to the world's largest occult library, and have the world's silliest looking army. (Yes, the Swiss guard actually dresses like this.) I figure if you've got a bunch of dudes with Viking ancestry, and you make them dress this poorly, they've gotta be itchin to kill something.
